J.J. Bartlett - President
J.J Bartlett has fourteen years of health care industry experience. As President of the Fishing Partnership Health Plan, he
was responsible for creating, launching, and managing all aspects of the innovative
program. The award winning health plan is being used
as a national model for extending health care coverage to under-served populations. J.J. was educated at Harvard University and holds an MBA from
Boston University with a Concentration in Health Care Management. He lives in Acton, Massachusetts with his wife, Jessica, daughter, Molly,
and son, Jake.

Charity Welch - Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Charity Welch joined the Fishing Partnership Health Plan in 2005. She provides administrative, clerical, and project
support to the President, and she performs all of the FPHP's daily business functions, including: bookkeeping, payroll, and report writing.
